1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using software from InVisible GmbH ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software subject to the following terms:

• You may install the software on up to 3 devices owned or controlled by you
• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices

3. License Keys

License keys are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure. We reserve the right to revoke license keys that are found to be shared or misused.

4. Payment and Pricing

All purchases are processed through LemonSqueezy. Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated. VAT is included where applicable and will be shown at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at hello@invisible.ch within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.

6. Updates

Your license includes access to all future updates of the purchased software version. Major version upgrades (e.g., from v1.x to v2.x) may require an additional purchase at a discounted upgrade price.

7. Support

We provide email support for licensed users. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Support is provided in English and German.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InVisible GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

10. Third-Party Services

Our software may integrate with third-party services (such as Tana). We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of service of these third-party services.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of our software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Graubünden, Switzerland.
